The Solution
Courchevel proved to be the perfect solution as it is a well known resort with extensive skiing for all abilities. There are also many high quality hotels which are located on the slopes so ski-in and ski-out was possible. There was also a ski lift next to the chosen hotel so guests did not have to go down to the main lift station and join the queues in the morning.
Highlights & Challenges
- Last minute changes in itinerary
- Arranging shuttles from the hotel to the bars in Courchevel 1850
- Offering a dinner up the mountain in a rustic alpine restaurant followed by a toboggan run down the mountain and straight to some bars and clubs.
- Arranging many arrival and departure transfers as guests came in on different flights, and being flexible with the numerous flight changes
