The Solution
This was an event that we planned for a client who enjoys entertaining clients in the best European resorts. As the client had already visited Davos in the past and since we knew that this was a favourite resort, we felt that this was an acceptable solution. A reasonable transfer time with a high standard of accommodation satisfied their requirements.
Highlights & Challenges
- Due to delegates arriving on separate flights, all delegates were transferred on an individual basis
- Motivational speech by Joe Simpson, famous mountaineer and explorer
- Traditional Swiss dinner in a mountain restaurant followed by a descent by toboggan!
- The entire group were equipped with ski hire equipment prior to the first meeting session, which involved making special arrangements with the ski hire shop
- All delegates were divided into 8 ski classes depending on ability and on the slopes within 30 minutes
