The Solution

As the client had already been to Verbier & St. Moritz, we needed to offer a resort that was comparable with these famous alpine destinations. As this was the third event of its kind, we felt St. Anton in Austria was the perfect resort as it has so much to offer – good quality hotels, excellent ski area for all abilities, a range of alternative activities and great nightlife.

Highlights & Challenges

  • Remote-hosting all aspects of the event from the UK as the client did not require an onsite manager
  • Ensuring that all lunch, dinner and late night bars that we had pre-booked lived up to the clients exacting requirements and expectations
  • Ensuring that an injured guest received the correct care on arrival at Zurich airport for his return flight to the UK
